Re-Loved is our circular care programme.
Send us your unused or gently worn collars, leashes, harnesses, jackets, or accessories, from any brand. We’ll restore what we can, responsibly recycle what we can’t, and give every piece a new life.
Sometimes that means donating restored gear to shelters and rescues. Other times, it means reselling reconditioned pieces at a lower price, making quality gear more accessible while reducing waste.
And as a thank you, you’ll receive 5% off your next House of Bo purchase when you send something in.

- Re-sell reconditioned gear at fair prices or donate to shelters
- Recycle unusable components responsibly
