  1. Overview
    House of Bo currently ships within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding shipping to additional countries soon, but at this time we can only fulfil orders placed with a UK delivery address.

  2. Processing Times
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busier periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

  3. Shipping Rates
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping within the UK.

  4. Delivery Times
    Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

  5. Pre-Order Items
    If your order includes pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are in stock unless you choose split shipping at checkout (if available). Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order products are provided on the product page.

  6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
    Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we may need to charge additional postage to resend it.

  7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
    If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@houseofbo.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  8. International Shipping (Coming Soon)
    We plan to offer international shipping in the future. Once available, this page will be updated with full details, rates and delivery times.
