At House of Bo, each piece is handmade with care, and we want your experience to feel just as considered. Below you’ll find our clear guide to shipping, delivery, returns and exchanges.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £100
- UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days
- International delivery is coming soon — please contact us if you need help shipping outside the UK
- All orders include tracking
- Pre-order items ship as soon as production is complete (estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page)
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
You may request a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted if:
- the item is unused and in original condition
- all original packaging is included
- the product does not meet your expectations
- there is a quality issue or defect
Personalised Items
Engraved tags and custom-engraved collars or leashes are made especially for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

Our products are handcrafted in small batches, so minor variations are normal — but quality issues are not.
If anything arrives less than perfect, we’ll make it right.
